On behalf of our partner, we are currently seeking a passionate and structured project manager for a high-tech pharma client in Zealand. You will work as an external project manager and advisor at the headquarters in Ballerup.

Your Daily Responsibilities

As a project manager, you will be responsible for one or more advanced automation projects for selected pharma and life science companies. Projects can range from logistics and building expansions to the launch and development of delivery units. Depending on the project, you will lead and advise teams of highly skilled engineers and specialists who develop and optimize systems and processes.

You will collaborate with a wide range of internal stakeholders and external suppliers, ensuring effective project execution and team management. Additionally, you will serve as the link between workgroups, steering committees, project owners, and process managers.

Your Qualifications

Must-Have:

• A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or a related field

• Minimum 2 years of project management experience with multiple stakeholders

• A solid track record in advanced IT/OT projects

• Extensive experience with project tools and reporting

• Professional-level English skills

• Willingness to travel for international projects

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in the pharma or life science industry

• Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)
